I start a diet, run through self doubt and launch a podcast.
Things that make me feel better and motivate me are simple but meaningful to me:
-simple things like a long walk in the park with your dog, with the smell of the grass and plants, the morning mist..
-I started volunteering for a Farm program called orangehomegrown, organic vegetables, hands in the dirt, compost, people just enjoying helping out. As a Chef I love the process and the taste is 100% better, every recipe I share with those people brings me joy,!! Connecting is important...
-I keep a bag of canned good in my car or some other types of food, and if I see someone in need I just stop my car and leave the food to them..
